I am looking to extend my branding by having a logo. I want it to represent my name "The Mad Librarian", as in the Mad Hatter if he were a librarian who blogged and read all of the time.
My blog is for junior high students - adults, so it should not be childish, but this doesn't mean it can't be fun!

I like using jewel tones such as turquoise blue, emerald green, or amethyst purple, but I also like lighter/brighter colors in the same family like lime green.

Think Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland". Maybe a cute little mad hatter hat coming off my name. This is not a requirement, but just a stepping off point. I'm really open. This is the logo to get creative!
I'm uploading a picture of my face that I have Photoshopped onto the Mad Hatter, so you can get an idea of my "Mad" self.
