Medicaid is a US Government program which pays for long term care (e.g. nursing home,assisted living and home care) for the elderly and health care for low income families. Our company prepare applications for Medicaid on behalf of the elderly. We work with their families to obtain documents and financial statements (e.g bank, brokerage). We analyze the financial statements and prepare a document "package" which we submit to the local Medicaid office for their review and approval. This is a very emotional and stressful time for our client families. We give them comfort.
