MISSION: Providing a safe and pleasant environment for family recreation; protecting and preserving life and property within parks; informing and assisting the public and providing these services in a courteous and professional manner. WHAT WE DO: The Park Ranger program will provide a variety of services, which will include; community outreach programs, park patrols, natural resource, park management, conservation, education, wildlife response, park permit enforcement, facility and park operations, and state-wide special event support. Park Ranger’s outreach programs include educational activities, youth clubs, and presentations at schools, senior centers, and outdoor events.
