Update logo for business to create better branding

We currently have a logo, check out www.albanyecohouse.com.au
But I want to make it more contemporary, and eco looking, and something that will flow better into branding. A logo that the outline could be used as a stamp. Or look good on recycled paper.
As we have been using the existing one, something that uses that as a base, but I'm also open to new ones.
Our main business is heating, but expanding into sustainable housing products. Happy for a new tag line.
I want to come across as up to date, a bit hip, environmental, more earthy.
Adding greens into palette.
