The website offers nuritionnal plans, workouts (videos, logs) and nutritionnal formations (videos).
The customers wants to make changes to their style of life, not only to get a fit body, but also to get alive again (more energy, better posture, sexier physique, ...).
The logo should be simple and illustrate total transformation (physique, mind and vitality).
