T-shirt for a non-profit who works with children and families in poor communities

Hello designers. I am looking to have a t-shirt made for our donors, staff, pretty much anyone who would like to support our ministry/project which serves poor communities in Nicaragua. I am wanting to leave this open for you to do your thing and show some originality and flare. I myself am a 35 year old, surfer, traveler, missionary, fit guy, just so you know more or less who is looking for a design for the new t shirt. Something attractive, eye catching, but not necessarily in a busy way.

Education

Fun, hip, trendy, original . . . a shirt that you could see someone wearing and looking "current", age range from roughly 15-50. Not a shirt that would make a 45 year old look like he's trying to hard, but also I don't want the design to be a design for a 45 year old, i.e. stale, or bland.

Please use the "Subtitle" in the shirt in some way, i'll leave that up to you how you choose to do so.
