We are part of a non-profit organization that packages coffee, tea, hot coca, etc into single cup kcups, pods, etc.. We hire mentally handicap workers to help with the manufacturing process of counting, boxing, taping, pallitizing, etc... giving them good paying jobs, to come to work every day and to be an active member in the community. It brings them dignity and a sense of pride and accomplishment.
