The phone number, email address, website address and address fields need to be included but should all be able to be edited it the final versions of all the stationery. Along with business name: Azure Dental also include slogan and tagline: tagline: Family, cosmetic & Implant Dentistry slogan: A healthy body begins with a healthy mouth

One version of the business card should have an appointment card layout on the back, which has section for day, date, time to be filled in. Another version: just logo, slogan and tagline on one side of the card and the other side having, doctor's name, address, phone number, website address, email address Again all these fields need to be easily edited in the final version.
