Greenspace is a real estate firm that acquires real estate to lease to cannabis growers and retailers in states where cannabis has been legalized. We are a well capitalized, professional investment firm. We would like the logo to be hip/cool while also having a professional appearance. We do NOT want a cannabis leaf integrated into the logo. We would like a perspective tenant to feel like we can relate to their business / demographic, while giving a potential investor confidence that we are a professional organization.

Our business model is a collaborative model where we work with a prospective tenant to identify a building that is right for their business. We view our tenants as partners and the acquisition and leasing process as a collaborative endeavor. We strive to make a fair return for our investors while providing a quality space to our tenant at a fair rate.
