Describe who/what this design is about

This logo is for a rare disease foundation for families (kids) with a rare disease called TBCK syndrome. We are going for something slightly whimsical meets practical.

We want there to be a version where "Theo's Village" is in some type of handwritting/script in smaller text at the top with the focus being on the letters TBCK. We want each of the TBCK letters to be a different hue of teal/blue/aqua. (We love the Malala Fund logo) The emphasis of the logo should be on TBCK.

We are thinking an oblong shape or asymmetrical stripes as a background or anything else that conveys a mostly business look but a small whimsical detail.
