My Party Bus

I have a sign out in front of our building that is in need of replacement. the size is 72.5w x 35.5 H. I am wanting to use the same color scheme of our logo, but want a totally different sign design, We are on a busy road, so the sign needs to be clean and easy to read. We do not have electric out there so we print the design on reflective material so that it illuminates upon headlights hitting it. Our design interest is to look like a neon sign, Keep in mind, some of the neon font is narrow and would be hard to read, so we need a thicker font, but maintain the neon style. We would like a neon border to also simulate neon tubing. I will attach a rough idea of what I mean, but in no way reflects exactly what we are looking for.
