My primary focus is to introduce enlightened approaches to wellness. I present wellness as a multidimensional concept, which can be conceptualized as a synergistic relationship between the mind and body, and strives toward a holistic state of well-being. Wellness includes several dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational health. Correspondingly, my writings often stress themes of thought-awareness and personal strategies, and mindfulness is promoted as a recurring theme.

Educational content is presented through a holistic and multidisciplinary lens, and draws upon traditional and complementary approaches to wellness. I provide insights from diverse disciplines, including psychology, neuroscience, evolutionary biology, philosophy, and mind-body medicine, with the overall goal of increasing awareness and encouraging readers to take personal responsibility for their well-being.
