We've all been to those dusty Irish Pubs with the dirty pint glasses and the greasy Fish n' Chips. This place has truly good food and an upscale dining experience. Having said that, it still has its late night drinking crowd, football club fans, and occasional live music. The logo has to convey a: Contemporary Upscale Pub

Irish "knotting" can have a certain subtlety to it if incorporated into a larger picture. On the handle of a meat cleaver? A portion of a wine glass? The logo needs to be mostly text but some cool little identifiable thing to make it my own.
The first uploaded file is pretty darn cool... but looks more like a church than a nice Pub.
The second file is a killer 2ndary logo representing a now deceased business partner in the place.
I don't know if this could be used in the main CHAMBERS logo
