Liberty Place will be a mixed used real estate development project which will include 50 luxury residential condos, a few retail shops, several businesses, 2 restaurants and underground parking. Our city Fredericksburg, Virginia USA is a very historic city, the crossroads of the American Civil War - however, we want to logo to be modern looking and not historic.

The biggest visual cues and associations with the City of Fredericksburg is the steeple skyline https://www.pinterest.com/pin/358247345331634890/, railroad bridge https://www.flickr.com/photos/moyersteam/8228121720/ and Rappahannock River. None of these have to be on the logo, but those are things people associate with our city, and may give a flavor to the city. However the Liberty Place project will be the first of it's kind.

The logo should exude upscale living, class, downtown living, shopping, restaurants and bars etc.

Words on logo should include: Liberty Place, Downtown Fredericksburg, Work - Live - Play.
