I am a certified personal and group trainer. Forever Body and Fitness is the start of me becoming independent as a small business. I have a serious passion for exercise, fitness, and wellness. A big part of what I do for people is assist them with making lifestyle changes, not just exercise. I've been in this line of work for 15 years. I am a determined, mentally strong, and physically strong person that packs unbelievable will, know how, and want to.

I want my logo to be professional, while making a serious statement....because that is how I am in true life.
