Describe who/what this design is about

The product is a pre-cut velcro strip that is 2" wide x 9" long. The velcro loop strip is placed (with adhesive backing) on the bottom of a skid plate for a concrete saw to prevent scratching of the slab while cutting control joints in the new slab.
