I am starting my company doing financial management of commercial properties. I will be doing the accounting and monitoring the properties. I schedule repairs and maintenance, check the cleanliness of the properties and clean up any garbage, and manage tenants. I am also consulting for a local car wash, as I have extensive car wash management experience. My long term goals are to expand my property management and expand my consulting services.
