2) Real insights based on the ground experience above from deals across the globe
3) Speed of execution. Practical and powerful approach to manage the deal process and get the anticipated benefits when acquiring and value when selling
4) Ability to tap into independent and interim executives across the world relevant to the deal
5) Network of angel investors and family office to provide funding for early stage companies and help early stage companies build go-to-market business models
