The two L's must be the dominating characteristic of the logo. Things I would be interested in seeing the two L's incorporated into: scales of justice, pillars, house, courthouse. Scales of justice might work best. Maybe sophisticated, professional looking L's crisscrossing to make the scales of justice? Try not to get too elaborate, less is more for my tastes, but I am very open to creative interpretation and design.
