Describe who/what this design is about

We are starting up a boutique real estate firm within a small southern community. We would like for our logo to represent professionalism while at the same time letting our clients know that we aren't a generic franchise company and that we are looking after their best interest. We want the logo and name to reflect that we know our area and community.
