This is a logo to go on the back of a horse racing silk. I want the background color to be nicely visible from a long distance and the logo itself to be easy to see from closer up and feel bold, exciting, positive and winning.

The "G" should be in dark green, the "MC" in a very light green. The logo will always rest on a background color (the silk jersey color) so please design it as a larger square box of this color. This background color could be a sky blue (I'm open to trying different things) Also, A fourth color could be added for a design element (and will leave this up to you).

A few ideas that were batted around were to make the logo have a 3D feel. (An idea not stuck on it at all). We also thought about some kind of a flag or banner or box that provides the body or background of the logo or worked into (rough draft attached). Again, an idea, not stuck here... Also, some kind of circle form could be an idea two.
