We are a company based in South Louisiana that produces craft/artisan jerky products. Our flavors are inspired by Louisiana, but are unique and innovative and feature natural ingredients. We want our brand to convey a quality minimally processed product (unlike many of the major brands). We also want the pride and values of Louisiana to be reflected.
