Busy real estate group needs simple, eye-catching logo designed

We are looking for an eye-catching and classic real estate design that will set us apart from other realtors. Colors to use include - possibly red or blue & black. It needs to look sharp in black and white for print. It needs to be trendy but not so trendy we need to change it in 5 years. We are looking for a quality, lasting logo. You can see our current one at heidinorthhomes.com. I'm also attaching one we played around with and sort of liked.

Not sure. I'm with Keller Williams, which is a specific pantone red. It would be nice to match that since I'm obligated to use the KW logo in marketing. However I can use the B&W KW logo and use another color for mine if that makes more sense.

I like the suggestions of a house but do not want something that looks like the Equal Housing Opportunity logo or like every other real estate logo out there.
