Describe who/what this design is about

Brassinase(tm) is a broccoli powder for the functional food and supplement market that has a key enzyme, myrosinase, remaining active. Most broccoli powders lose the activity due to heating the material. Ours is unique, hence the tagline.

One option is to stylize the "I" in Brassinase(tm) to be a broccoli floret. Open to other ideas, but nothing that looks like clip art. We want a stylized, unique logo...not clip art.
