Describe who/what this design is about

I need a brand with the name CATALINA that blends with a luxurious landscape of banana trees and flowers. The core business of Catalina is designing and constructing vacational houses in Pipa, in the Northeast of Brazil to brazilians and europeans. This is a small community and I will use this brand for secondary minor businesses such as creating a local cologne, or food services. This will reinforce the house business.

I will a sample of a logo that I put together myself which is in line with what I want. But it is not a professional job and I am sure that it can be improved. Am willing to look at other designs as long as they portray the spirit of Pipa and link it to my personal brand.
