The front of the card should be: "Altera Orthodontics" to the right of my logo. Please provide 2 options for the front 1) where "Altera" is the same length as "orthodontics", just like shown in the logo 2) "Altera" is shorter in length, but centered on top of "orthodontics".
The back of the card should have "Altera Orthodontics" along with the logo on the left side. The right side of should be my name "Dr. Hamid Hashemi, D.M.D., M.S., M.B.A.", Orthodontist, along with phone/fax/email/website.
