I like the use of a few rotating graphics but I do not want the graphic to dominate (be too big) the Home page. The Home page should have a few segments; rotating graphic, a small box for News, A small box for 'Current Job Opening', and a medium box for text (reference the www.lds.com homepage). The site should work well on mobile growers as well as desktop. Site must support Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari browsers. Site should have links for social media; Twitter & Linkedin
